HKIG independently develops a new generation of monoclonal antibody-signal substance conjugate markers with excellent performance through an innovative precision synthetic immunolabeling technology platform. Compared with traditional labeling methods, precision synthetic immunolabeling technology can increase the signal intensity per unit antibody by 3-10 times, and increase the product sensitivity (LoD) by 10-50 times. Moreover, the above markers also have the advantages of consistent product structure, stable performance between batches, and small cross-reaction when used in joint inspection, which saves a lot of time and resources for labeling process development.
HKIG currently provides precision synthetic immunomarker products for Alzheimer’s disease, tumor markers, and hormones. The conjugated signal substances include alkaline phosphatase (AP), Biotin, acridine ester (AE), phycoerythrin (PE), isophycocyanin (APC), horseradish peroxidase (HRP), etc. It can be used in the development and production of immunodiagnostic kits with different methods such as chemiluminescence, flow fluorescence, enzyme immunoassay and so on.
