Description
Plasma tissue plasminogen activator-inhibitor complex (tPAI-C) is mainly synthesized and secreted by vascular endothelial cells, and is associated with organ failure caused by microthrombosis. The concentration of tPAI-C in pregnant women with different gestational ages gradually increases, and is positively correlated with the degree of vascular endothelial injury, which is an indicator of endothelial injury and fibrinolytic activation. tPAI-C can be used to assist in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis and myocardial infarction, to determine the degree of repair of vascular endothelial system after operation, and to monitor the effect of thrombolysis. Elevated tPAI-C can be seen in disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC), pre-eclampsia, obesity, thrombolytic therapy, and also in severe exercise and body stress response[1].
HKIG currently provides two paired monoclonal antibodies for tPAI-C(product number: 1020101,1020201).
