Description
Cancer antigen 125 (carbohydrate antigen 125, CA125) is a glycoprotein of the mucin family, named mucin 16 (MUC-16). CA125 is derived from body cavity epithelial cells and is a well-known biomarker for the differential diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer and pelvic masses [1]. CA125 was originally named by the Oc125 monoclonal antibody, and CA125-specific antibodies are classified into several families according to their different binding characteristics [2].
HKIG currently offers 2 paired monoclonal antibodies for the detection of human CA125 (catalog numbers: 1002101, 1002201).
