Description
Cancer antigen 15-3 (carbohydrate antigen 15-3, CA15-3) is an epitope located on the surface of MUC-1, a high molecular weight glycoprotein of the mucin family. CA15-3 is the most important specific marker of breast cancer, and the change of its amount is closely related to the treatment effect, which is the best indicator for diagnosing and monitoring postoperative recurrence [1].
HKIG currently offers two paired monoclonal antibodies (catalog numbers: 1001101, 1001201) for the detection of human CA15-3, which recognize two separate sites on the CA15-3 antigen.
